Terms of Use

The rules for using this website and for taking the assessment. Written to be read rather than skipped.

Version1.1
In effect19 August 2026
Next review19 August 2027

Using this site means accepting these terms. They cover browsing lunarra.co.uk, taking the Performance Architecture Assessment™, opening a result or report link we have sent you, and sending us an enquiry. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Section 01Who we are

This site is operated by LUNARRÁ Group Ltd, trading as LUNARRÁ Performance, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16881159, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Contact us at info@lunarra.co.uk.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before taking the assessment rather than after.

If you are a client of ours, your paid engagement is governed by our Client Engagement Terms and your signed Engagement Schedule. Where those differ from this page, they win.

Section 02Taking the assessment

The Performance Architecture Assessment™ is free to take. Three things about it matter more than anything else on this page.

It is voluntary

Taking part is your choice. Nobody may require you to take it, and choosing not to take it, or leaving a question unanswered, is not reported to anyone.

Your answers stay yours

We never disclose an individual's answers or an individual's score to an employer, a manager, or anyone outside the people delivering that engagement. Everything we report to an organisation is aggregate. Where a group is small enough that an aggregate figure could identify someone, we merge it, suppress it, or describe it in words instead.

It is not a health assessment

The assessment reads the conditions you work in. It is not a medical, psychological or clinical assessment, it does not diagnose anything about you, and it is no substitute for occupational health, your GP or a mental health service. If you are struggling, please speak to someone qualified.

Two practical things

Section 03Result links and reports

Treat a result link as the result itself

A result or report link carries the reading inside the link. Anyone who has the link can open it, without a password. That is deliberate, so that nothing has to be downloaded or logged into.

It also means a forwarded link is a disclosed result. Anyone who gains access to a result link may be able to view the information contained within it, and you are responsible for keeping result links confidential. Send one only to people who are meant to see it, and tell us at info@lunarra.co.uk if one goes somewhere it should not.

Sample and demonstration material

Any sample reading, example organisation or demonstration report on this site is illustrative. It is not a real organisation and it is not a claim about any client. Where we show real findings, we say so and we have permission.

What the outputs are, and are not

We do not warrant that any assessment outcome, report, map, score, recommendation or insight is accurate, complete, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Assessment outputs are intended to support reflection and discussion only.

Assessment outputs are not intended to be used as the sole basis for employment, recruitment, promotion, disciplinary or performance management decisions. This is not a formality. The assessment only works because people answer honestly, and people answer honestly only where the answers cannot be turned against them.

Everything here is general

What we publish on this site is general information. It is not consultancy, legal, financial, HR, medical or clinical advice, and no relationship as adviser and client is created by reading it or by taking the assessment. Take proper advice before acting on anything with consequences.

Availability

We do not promise the site will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we will not charge you for that.

Section 04What is ours

We own, or are licensed to use, everything on this site: the text, design and code, the crescent, the LUNARRÁ name, The LUNARRÁ Performance Architecture System™, the Performance Architecture Assessment™ and its questions, scoring and thresholds, the Pressure Architecture Map™ and the Performance Architecture Report™. Nothing on this site transfers any of it to you.

What you may do

Subject to these Terms, LUNARRÁ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the website for its intended purpose.

In practice that means: read the site, print a page for your own use, and quote or link to it with attribution to LUNARRÁ.

What you may not do

Any unauthorised use of the assessment methodology, scoring system, thresholds or outputs may infringe intellectual property rights and confidential information rights.

We may withdraw access to the site or to a result link if any of this happens. We may also investigate suspected misuse of the website or assessment, and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where legally required.

Section 05Cookies and browser storage

There is no cookie banner on this site, because there is nothing on it that needs your consent.

We set no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. We do not profile you and we do not sell anything about you.

The assessment saves your progress in your browser's local storage so that closing the tab does not lose your work, and passes your result to the Pressure Architecture Map™ through session storage. Both are strictly necessary for the function you asked for, both stay on your device, and clearing your browser data removes them. Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under the UK rules, which is why you are not asked for any.

If we ever add anything that does require consent, we will ask before it runs, not after.

Third parties and links out

Fonts and code libraries load from external providers, and booking a briefing takes you to Calendly. Those requests reveal your IP address to those providers, as every web request does. The Privacy Notice names them. Where we link to another site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for it, and the link is not an endorsement.

Section 06Responsibility

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. If you are using this site as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

The cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the website or the free Performance Architecture Assessment™ will not exceed the lower of (i) £100; and (ii) the amount paid by you to us in connection with that use.

If you are a paying client, the limits in your Client Engagement Terms apply to that engagement instead, and they are considerably higher.

Section 07Law, and the rest

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.

Section 08Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated version. If a change materially affects someone who has already taken the assessment, we tell them directly rather than expecting them to notice.

In closing

We ask organisations to be honest about their conditions. We are one of the organisations.

Questions about any of this go to info@lunarra.co.uk and reach a person, not a queue.
